A temporary Confirmation Number will be forwarded to you if we can accommodate your hunting party. After you have received the temporary Confirmation Number, we must receive from you within 10 calender days a $500 US Dollar Postal Money Order or International Bankdraft as a "Good Will deposit" to hold the time slot so we can be reasonably certain you are serious. Only after the good will deposit is in our hands, we can issue a Contract.

At your request we provide with the Contract, References. You risk absolutely nothing. We give you 5 calender days to check with our References. If during that time you do not like the terms of the contract or what the References have to say, we refund your good will deposit no questions asked.

Under normal circumstances, we can Fax or email your Contract within 3 business days. After receiving the Contract, you are required to make the "Reservation deposit" which is about one half of the total hunt price, plus total for Hunting Licence, Game Tags and Tax, less the Good will deposit you already paid. Once you have done this you are firmly booked and your price is locked in. Once you are firmly booked, all parties are firmly commited and RMO will not refund for any reason whatsoever unless we would be unable to provide the hunt and this has not happened in nearly 30 years. We advise every potential Client to purchase cancellation insurance from their own Insurance provider.

Rocky Mountain Outfitter Ltd. will purchase the requested Licences and Game Tags to have them ready for you before hunt commences. For ethical reasons, we may not allow Game tags to be purchased after hunting has begun. "Final deposit" must be in our possession 90 days before hunt commences.
On all hunts except hunt # 2, one half of the Trophy fees for the Game animals you requested must be deposited with us in cash US Dollar before hunt commences. Unused portions will be refunded immediately after conclusion of hunt.
