- How to book
Once you have decided which Hunt you wish to book and which Animals you wish to hunt, please fill out the Request to book a hunting trip form.
or Fax it to (250) 361 4684. If you have any questions Email them so they can be answered before you book. All verbal agreements must be written in the contract to be valid.
If we can fit you into our schedule we will ask you to send a $500 US Postal Money Order as a (Good will deposit) to prove you are serious. Hunts are confirmed on a first deposit in basis. Once we have your Good will deposit we will forward a Contract detailing services and costs based on the charges listed in this price list. If you require we provide References at this time.
- You risk absolutely nothing
Because if you do not accept the terms of our Contract or don't like what the References have to say, we give you 5 calender days to check with them, we will refund your entire Good will deposit no questions asked. To protect hard earned knowledge and discourage Information Thieves, we will not provide references unless you followed our booking process. Until we received the full deposit in non revocable payment, all prices are subject to change without notice
- Your best Guarentee for an honest deal:
Because we are a specially Licenced British Columbia Guide Outfitter with certified Guide Outfitting Territories, we could loose hundreds of thousands of Dollars in investment if we would be convicted of shady Business practices.
Upon Signing the Contract you will be required to top up your deposit to 50% of the hunt price plus 100% for all the Licences and Game tags you ordered. We will purchase the requested Licences and Game Tags to have them ready when you arrive and before your hunt starts. Final payment must be in our possession 90 days before hunt commences. If you are not paid up in full by any due dates as specified in the Contract, we will not be obligated to provide any services. We do not refund whatsoever unless we cannot provide the hunt (and that has never happened). You may send a replacement Hunter on your behalf at no extra charge but he will be responsible for the full cost of replacement Licences plus a 200 Dollar rebooking fee. Government does not refund purchased Licences and no Licences are transferable. Please protect yourself by purchasing cancellation Insurance through your own Insurance provider.
Except Hunt # 2, on all other hunts one half of the Success fees for the Game animals you requested must be deposited with the Outfitter before hunt commences in cash US Dollar or AMEX Traveller Cheques. Unused portions will be refunded immediately after conclusion of hunt. It is very difficult and can be extremely expensive or even impossible to purchase additional tags after a hunt has begun.
